Bio:
Dr. Veronika Bohac Clarke was born in the former Czechoslovakia. Prior to joining the academic community she worked as a teacher in the public school system, and at Alberta Education in the area of policy and finance.
After completing her PhD at University of Alberta, she joined the Faculty of Education at the University of Calgary. There, Veronika discovered common philosophical and spiritual interests that she shared with the late Dr. Tad Guzie.
Veronika continued to build on the spiritual legacy left by Tad, by teaching his Spirituality in Postmodern Age course, using Ken Wilber’s Integral Model as its foundational framework. After 10 years of using Wilber’s model in teaching, and supervising 5 doctoral dissertations based on the Integral Model, Veronika continues to be enthusiastic about its usefulness as a meta-framework.
The model can be applied to all levels of education, from primary to post-doctoral.
