Open to Expression: Transgender Day of Remembrance

In honour of Transgender Day of Remembrance, the Pride Resource Centre, Equity & Inclusion Office and the Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic introduce Open to Expression, a virtual event focused on community, resilience, and the exploration of gender and identity through diverse expressions of art.

There will be an open mic and a live art installation with reflections from trans and non-binary artists. All faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend.

Anti-Racist SOGI Education
hosted by Professional Development and Community Engagement

A free professional development sequence focused on anti-racist SOGI inclusive education. This interactive sequence is open to teacher candidates and interns. The meetings take place Wednesdays from 12 to 1 p.m. starting Oct. 14.
