Age Group: Early Years, Elementary, Middle Years, Secondary, Adult, and Seniors
Expected Hours: Flexible, to be discussed with partner - in Kelowna, branches are staffed Monday Through Thursday 9 - 8, Friday and Sat 9 - 5.

Position Description

Students can engage in a number of different programs offered by the library that range from early literacy to STEM and Makerspace activities.

Students can focus on developing a program or designing materials, with an option to participate in a program if one can be arranged that fits the schedule.

If programs are delivered students would be working with ORL staff on the delivery.


Organization Information

We are a large regional public library system with branches from Golden, through the Shuswap, North, Central and South Okanagan and Similkameen. We offer education and recreational programs for all ages, on everything from early literacy to STEM and Makerspace activities. Services are free and we strive to keep barriers to access at a minimum.
