Description

This capstone project presents a practical, research-informed booklet on evidence-based learning strategies designed to support both students and educators. Drawing on insights from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and education, the guide explains how the brain learns and highlights strategies such as retrieval practice, spaced learning, dual coding, and metacognitive reflection. The aim is to make complex research accessible and actionable, helping students study more effectively and giving educators tools to design instruction that reduces overload and promotes deeper learning.
