Maria José Beltrán Santos is a passionate educator with vast experience in the field. In the early stages of her career, she taught English in private bilingual schools in her home country, Ecuador. After several years, she decided to transition to higher education, becoming interested in how institutions and productive academic environments can address the needs of faculty, students, and staff.
