Position Description
- The University Student will assist in the development of a youth leadership program within the Rotary Centre of the Arts.
- The program will include series of orientation workshop to support youth to develop leadership skills, facilitation abilities, program planning capabilities and interpersonal communication skills when working with in a community organization.
- The youth participants of this program will be the RCA Summer/Spring and Pro-day Camp Assistants Facilitators.
- The student will assist in mentoring a group of youth to work within the Art Blast Spring and Summer Camps and Pro-day events.
- The youth participants would be from the school district in which they are required to complete work experience hours prior to graduation.
