Position Description
Candidates will:
- provide program support
- tutor immigrants and refugees in English as opportunities allows
- tutor seniors in digital literacy
- update program materials
- attend weekly team meetings
- provide feedback on learning resource materials (printed and digital)
- support in-school events and meetings involving our children’s one -to- one reading program
Organization Information
We provide free english tutoring to adult immigrants and refugees, free digital literacy tutoring to seniors, and free reading support to children in grades 1-4. Through the support of over 100 volunteers we help 200+ people a year improve their literacy and quality of life.
