My project explores the causes and consequences of workplace incivility and provides practical, evidence-based strategies for creating a respectful and positive work environment. Through a combination of articles, guides, and case studies, the website offers a comprehensive resource to help individuals recognize, address, and prevent incivility, ultimately fostering a more productive and harmonious workplace.

Akshta Sharma is a Masters in Education student at UBC Okanagan, originally from India. Her passion lies in addressing workplace incivility and exploring its impact on organizations, employees, and the environment. The work focuses on developing practical solutions and strategies to create more respectful and productive workplace environments.
