Description

My capstone is a reflective journey based on my own roles in two English learning programs—one academic, one workplace-focused. Working closely with learners in both settings helped me see how people’s identities, motivations, and life experiences shape the way they learn English. Through stories, observations, and research, I explore how we can design programs that are more responsive, supportive, and human-centered.
