Position Description
A field student’s experience is potentially very open at our school. Field students could have the opportunity to work in either a middle school or secondary setting (or both), and could work with teachers of a variety of subject areas, choosing to engage at the level where they are comfortable (anything from observing to co-planning and leading learning experiences).

Organization Information
We are a rural school serving students in grades 5-12 based in Keremeos. Some of our school-wide focuses are on place-conscious learning, respect for Indigenous ways of knowing and learning, outdoor learning, trauma-informed practice, building strong connections with family and community partners, and inclusive education.
