Position Description
Student will assist in a variety of activities from learning some traditional Syilx language, going out on the Land for cultural practices and teachings, learning and facilitating a Syilx traditional game, and participating in a game-based approach for language acquisition.

Organization Information
Sensisyusten House of Learning is an Independent school under the governance of Westbank First Nation. It is a K-5 school, with a small student body. We present and teach the BC curriculum through a Syilx Okanagan lens perspective where we are to. Syilx Okanagan Language and Culture is a major component and guide for our students’ learning.
