The student will be asked for their input into the learning that took place that day during our end of day debrief. They may be asked to take the lead in planning based on the children’s interests and to be the lead teacher at times. This will include leading circle time, guiding the discussion with the children regarding the plan for the day (where they want to play, what they would like to do), and managing transitions. The student will be part of our teaching team of facilitators and will be expected to be prepared to be outdoors all day no matter the weather, bugs or dirt.
