Admission Requirements & Registration
The UBC Okanagan Summer Institute in Education is designed for educators. Prospective students, who are not currently registered at UBC, will be admitted to the Institute if they have a degree. Other prospective students must obtain departmental approval from the Faculty of Education before admission can be completed. Registration for summer courses will open in March.

When eligibility to register has been established, you will receive an email from Enrolment Services with registration information. New domestic students are required to pay a $500 non-refundable registration deposit before registering
If you are a Returning Student and have Summer Session 2017 eligibility, you may register online via the Student Service Centre (SSC) at http://students.ubc.ca/ssc. Be sure to select “Summer 2017” and “UBC Okanagan” before registering
If you are a Returning Student and do not have Summer Session 2017 eligibility (i.e. have not been enrolled in a UBC Okanagan course during the last two terms), please request registration eligibility for Summer Session 2017 Term 2 by emailing

A $100.00 non-refundable registration deposit must be paid before registering
